We are a dedicated and responsive team of social workers and professionals that have expertise in their fields. This means that we have a comprehensive understanding of the issues facing the children and families that we are supporting or assessing.

We are able to respond appropriately to the needs of the individuals that we are working with and we remain up to date with the latest research and approaches in order to ensure that we put in place only the most appropriate and tailored support.

Trust- We aim to build relationships with the individuals we are supporting as we know that this makes all the difference. You can also trust on us to get assessments completed within the appropriate timescales.
Open-mindedness- We apply critical thinking and analysis in order to complete unbiased assessments. We do not hold preconceptions of those that we support.
Kindness- We understand that undergoing an assessment is a really challenging time and therefore, we treat all of the individuals that we work with with kindness and empathy.
Respect- We treat all of the individuals we are working with, regardless of the situation, with respect.
Transparency- We are honest about the progress that is happening within our assessments and within the support you are receiving and we will provide you with regular feedback about this.
